Runtime options:

Description:
The \'rails new\' command creates a new Rails application with a default
directory structure and configuration at the path you specify.

Example:
rails new ~/Code/Ruby/weblog

This generates a skeletal Rails installation in ~/Code/Ruby/weblog.
